How Much is Delivery?
Delivery is £3.45 to Mainland UK.
UK Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class. (Pet beds & some other large products are sent via carrier service)
We will deliver outside of the UK but will not accept responsibility for customs charges, please email us for postage costs.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
To avoid disappointment please allow up to 14 days in the event your product is out of stock.
If an item is out of stock, and there will be a delay exceeding 14 days we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated date or arrange an alternative product/size or a refund.
Please Note: International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, please allow upto 4 Weeks
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
What if I’m not in?
If you’re not in when your items are delivered they will usually be taken to your local sorting office (or depot if a courier is used) and a card will be put through your door. A signature will usually be required to receive or collect an order.
